Acro Yoga 101

Acroyoga is a beautiful practice that combines the dynamic wisdom of acrobatics, the awareness, breath and balance of yoga and the healing, loving nature of Thai massage. In this class we will develop the foundational skills for a solid Acroyoga practice. We will work with inversions, flows and balances and develop trust, connection and openness. No partner is required; we will mix and match it up anyway. Join us for some good old fashioned movement magic.

Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage welcomes a world of interactive healing into your yoga practice. Unite through breath synchronization, coordinated movement, and energy work to develop a deep connection that rejuvenates the body and mind. This workshop will equip students with a series of ground-based postures that enhance awareness, balances our energetic and emotional bodies, and creates an overall lightness in movement.


Circ-US Flash Mob!! Part 1

Come one come all! Join us for the flash mob dance party scheduled during the Parade on Monday July 24th. We will be walking in the parade along side Mystic Hot Springs and just when they don’t expect it, we will bust out our epic flash mob moves. In this workshop, we will learn the moves that will be used in the flash mob dance!

Ariana ‘Air’ Gradow

Ariana ‘Air’ is dedicated to all things circus. She has been performing aerial dance for over 7 years and stilting, acrobatics and fire dancing for 5 years. Just this summer, she opened the doors of the Circus Collective, Denver’s largest circus gym and performance arts center.  She believes that through movement and community building, we can heal the world.  Inspired by the elements, Air’s work is said to be free flowing, funky, stimulating and untamable.



Peter Holben

Peter is a passionate adventurer and enjoys exploration through movement. He began his travels seeking out the world’s greatest rock climbing destinations and discovered Thai Massage and Acro Yoga along the way. When Peter cannot find a partner to climb or practice acro with, he can be found on his 6 foot tall unicycle or practicing inversions on his upside down unicycle.
