For Immediate Release:

Load the bus and come with us to celebrate Pioneer Day the Nation's most unique summer music festival! Mystic Hot

Springs, a picturesque natural hot springs resort located in Monroe, Utah, will hold a 4 day music festival July 23rd-26th,

with sets from Nahko and Medicine for The People, ALO, The Mother Hips with special guest Nicki Bluhm, Hot Buttered

Rum, Random Rab, Brothers Comatose, TAARKA, Dead Winter Carpenters, Head for the Hills, plus lots more. Beloved by

touring acts from around the US, hot springs owner and long time Dead Head, Mystic Mike, has been hosting nationally

touring bands at his intimate venue for two decades.

Located a couple hours south of Salt Lake City, the Mystic Hot Springs Music Festival offers music fans a unique

experience. Akin to past boutique festivals such as Las Tortugas, and Bobolink in Northern California, MHSMF is a festival

for fans who wish to avoid the hassles and indignities that typically come with larger scale summertime events.

With limited capacity, attendees can expect sets from these amazing musicians unlike anywhere else they've seen

before. Listen to the music play from the luxury of your own private bathtub on the hill. The Mystic Hot Springs property

provides a stunning backdrop with natural hot springs, mountain peaks, Grateful Dead inspired hippie buses, and a

collection of authentic Pioneer cabins. Aside from watching music, fans can also participate in a number of workshops

focused on Permaculture, sustainability, art, and activism, along with plenty of outdoor activities such as rafting,

paragliding, and hiking. Add to this a hometown parade and a world class fireworks show, and this will truly be a

celebration like none other!

PRESS RELEASE 2:

For Immediate Release:

By now you may have heard rumblings about a music festival like no other, right in the heart of Utah. For those who have already looked at the website and seen the incredible lineup being offered, it's worth checking into again. New additions to the festivities include such talent as Nathan Moore as the Master of Ceremonies and Eric McFadden.

Nathan Moore, recipient of the coveted Telluride Troubadour Award (2009) has been described as “a storytelling successor to Dylan, Van Zandt and Cash” (Maverick Magazine). He's a founding member of ThaMuseMeant and Suprise Me Mr. Davis. These days he hosts a live online radio show, Revolution Radio, from his home in Virginia.

Guitar virtuoso and mandolin master, Eric McFadden, who joins the Mystic Hot Springs Music Festival as Musician At Large, has toured the world with funk legend George Clinton (Parliament/Funkadelic) and rock legend Eric Burdon (The Animals). His 2011 release, “Bluebird on Fire”, received much acclaim, including a 5-star review in Crossroads Magazine. He is currently a member of the new supergroup TEN and the all-star band, Stockholm Syndrome.

Along with the natural hot springs environment and the production expertise of the owner, Mystic Mike Ginsburg, these amazing musicians will contribute to a music scene worthy of your travels. A boutique experience with the national talent of a large-scale event and the intimacy of a local fair. Not to mention the multitude of workshops focused on meditation, yoga, sustainability, music, movement, kids, art and primitive skills. Add to this a hometown parade and world-class fireworks, this is an event not to be missed! "So, slip on those Birks, pack some Dr. Bronner’s, give your VW Bus a jump and get your ass up to Monroe, UT for a raucous good time of music, art, the exchange of ideas, and hopefully, an ample supply of that free love everyone talked about during the sixties. I hear it’s going to be a fantastic time."

-Erb Magazine

"Spend any length of time exploring the property and it’s easy to see how extraordinary of a space owner Mike Ginsburg has created for his visitors, converting an old-time restaurant into a psychedelic hideaway."

-Carin Miller, St. George News

"Together with its family atmosphere, Mystic maintains a funky, counter-culture, retro-ambiance. The uniqueness of its surroundings, along with the pastoral beauty of the area, make for a nostalgic escape from city living."

-David Jensen, Utah Stories

"MYSTIC HOT SPRINGS: ONE OF THE TOP 50 TRIPS TO TAKE IN THE UNITED STATES."

  -Business Insider

"Woodstock may be long over, but at Mystic Hot Springs, the feeling of peace and love and music is still very much alive and with its distinctive lodging, warm vibes, and relaxing hot springs, there's nothing else quite like it...you're guaranteed to leave feeling a whole lot more peaceful."
